Add DNS server

Unisphere uses PowerMax Cloud Mobility functionality to enable you to move snapshots off the storage system and on to the cloud.

About this task

This procedure explains how to add a DNS server:

Steps

  1. Select a storage system.
  2. Select System > Cloud.
    The Cloud Mobility Dashboard is displayed.
  3. In the Cloud System pane, click > Network Configuration.
  4. Click DNS.
  5. Click Add.
  6. In the Add Cloud DNS dialog box, type the IP address of the DNS Server.
  7. Click OK.
